Open Enrollment for Health Insurance - Sept. 5- Oct. 9, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Here are some important dates to keep in mind:
- Open enrollment begins: September 5, 2023
- Open enrollment ends: October 9, 2023
- Changes made during open enrollment take effect January 1, 2024
ALL open enrollment transactions MUST be made directly with American Fidelity during a virtual enrollment appointment or in the AFenroll online enrollment platform via the self-enrollment option.
Virtual Benefits Enrollment:
- Virtual enrollment appointments will be offered Monday through Friday, September 5, 2023 - October 9, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- To schedule a virtual appointment please call (800) 365-9180 or click on the link: https://enroll.americanfidelity.com/E87C747B
- During your virtual enrollment appointment, you will speak with an American Fidelity account manager to ask questions, understand your available benefits and complete your enrollment.
Online Self-Enrollment:
- Online self-enrollment will be available September 5, 2023 - October 9, 2023
- Enroll on your schedule - anytime, anywhere (no appointment needed)
- For step-by-step instructions on self-enrollment, please refer to the attached flyer (AFenroll Online Self-Enrollment)
- Through AFenroll, you can enroll through our secure online system that is accessible from any desktop browser
