The Esperanza Award commemorates the life and legacy of Roberto “Bobby” Salcedo, a respected teacher and administrator and acknowledges outstanding educators for their hard work and dedication to the students they serve, as well as their commitment and contribution to the advancement of their schools, students or educational community.
“George does a remarkable job as our PPS Director and his tireless efforts, dedication and commitment to our students and families is commendable and greatly appreciated,” said Lillian Maldonado French, Superintendent. “We are very happy to honor his exemplary work with the Esperanza Award.”
